Borges Farfalle Pasta

Made from 100% Durum Wheat Semolina which is high in protein. With 0% cholesterol and no trans fats. Commonly known as "bow-tie pasta", the name is derived from the Italian word farfalla (butterfly). Farfalle date back to the 16th century. It originated in Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna in Northern Italy. Though usable with most sauces, farfalle are best suited to cream and tomato dishes.
